
Sullivan is a Ph.D. student in Political Science, specializing in Comparative Politics with a minor in International Relations. His research focuses on the intersection of politics and development, including elite political dynasties, colonial legacies, and international development.
From Enugu, Nigeria, Sullivan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, graduating summa cum laude, from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, and a Master’s degree in International Relations with Distinction from Tokyo International University, where he was awarded the prestigious Japanese Government MEXT Scholarship. He has professional experience as a legislative assistant in Nigeria, and has also served as a teaching assistant at Tokyo International University and Musashi University in Japan.
