Professors Raluca Larco & Matteo Benassi

Join the UK International Studies Major for one of our favorite events: Cooking With Culture! Attendees will learn about Italian history, culture, and food while learning how to create their own pizza. There will be four pizza recipes, including a vegetarian option. Due to the interactive nature of the lesson, the historical and cultural foundations of the recipe, as well as limited space and funding, we are unable to accommodate gluten-free options. We apologize for this inconvenience. If you have any food allergies or require a vegetarian option please contact dina.klimkina [@] uky.edu. This is an RSVP only event.
